The Microtutor II is similar to the Microtutor however using an RCA CDP1802 CPU. The Microtutor II also has 2 memory slots (M and E) and an option to use slot M for a simple OS called TOPS. In this configuration start-up would happen in slot M at address 0 but after the first INP/OUT 4 slot M would map to 8000 and slot E would switch to address 0. Similar to the VIP ROM handling.
